Preview Ultrasound are pleased to announce the launch of its 4 dimensional  (4D) ultrasound service in the UK.

Preview will be offering a range of  4D ultrasound services at it's  brand new centre from its opening in 2006. The service will be the first of its kind in the area to be based in an existing GP's surgery and will make use of state of the art 4-Dimensional (4D) ultrasound technology. 

"The 4D service is an exciting development for Preview" said  Managing Director Claire Shields. "The introduction of 4D increases the choice we can offer out clients  - Preview are all about offering choice - 4D technology allows us to provide the latest studio based bonding scans "

4D Ultrasound uses high powered computer technology to turn a conventional ultrasound image into a moving 3 dimensional image allowing parents to see and bond with their baby during pregnancy. As well as pictures Preview can supply CD's & DVD's of the scan as cherished keepsakes.

Preview Ultrasound are based at the newly opened Mawsley Medical centre in Northamptonshire. As well as local people, Preview are attracting clients from the nearby towns of Peterborough, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Coventry and Leicester. London is also within an hours train ride. 

"Customer satisfaction is our priority and our investment in 4D ultrasound  will allow us to improve the great service we have been offering for the past 3 years" said Claire.

And the benefits of the business expansion won't only be seen by proud parents seeking a 'Preview' of their new addition. Preview will be able to offer a range of  diagnostic ultrasound scans for patients with a referral from their GP. This could mean a significant reduction in the waiting time for some scans.
